From the mountains to the shore, the Old Line State celebrates a unique history
Each year, March 25 is celebrated as Maryland Day. This date corresponds to the historic landing in 1634 by European settlers on the Ark and the Dove at St. Clements Island on the Potomac. Maryland Day weekend events take place in the form of celebrations, historical presentations, and so much more. In fact, there are approximately 20 sites with over 40 events during Maryland’s Birthday weekend.
